Fetch a Scaffold

Retrieve a single full scaffold or partial scaffold sequence by entering a scaffold identifier in the text box. You may optionally enter both beginning and ending scaffold coordinates. In addition, users can retrieve reverse complemented sequence or a translated amino acid sequence by selecting the appropriate option from the options menu below.
